IPChain Association has become the official blockchain partner of Startup Village – the unique annual event in Russia and CIS countries in terms of scope and scale, the startup conference for technological businessmen, arranged by Skolkovo Foundation.

At the conference, the IPChain Association for the first time launched the IPQuorum.Innovation platform. Two days the leading Russian and international experts were discussing the most topical issues of the intellectual property segment development in the context of digital economy, striving to find the best applied tools and solutions to turn the sphere of intellectual activity as a market player away from competitors.

In total more than 15 business sessions and applied seminars took place at IPQuorum.Innovation communications platform.

As part of the Startup Village conference, an agreement was signed on a strategic partnership between the National Coordinating Center for Processing Transactions with Rights and Intellectual Property Objects, the IPChain Association and the State Film Fund of the Russian Federation (Gosfilmofond).

Skolkovo hosted the signing of an agreement on strategic partnership between Skolkovo resident Online Patent and n’RIS, a national platform for accounting, storage and circulation of intellectual property rights. The signed document provides for the implementation of joint projects and simplification of dispute resolution procedures for the creation and use of intellectual property.

The session “LegalTech. From automation tools to digital legislation”, in which the speakers discussed the most pressing problems and prospects for the introduction of digital technologies in the legal field, taking into account the established world experience and Russian practice.
